How long is the delivery time?

Each garment is manufactured and shipped from our production facilities abroad, allowing us to keep prices low while maintaining high quality. Please allow 6–8 business days from the time of order to delivery in Sweden. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped, so you can always see where it is.

Why does delivery take longer than at some other stores?

We avoid maintaining large inventories of unsold stock. Instead, garments are made to order, which means we don't have to mass-produce clothes that never sell. This is better for the environment and allows us to offer superior quality at a reasonable price, though it does mean delivery takes a little longer than shipping from a local warehouse.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow its entire journey on our tracking page. Please allow 2–3 days for the package to appear in the system after receiving the tracking number.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely using Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via encryption directly at checkout, so your details are always protected.

What do I do if the garment doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the garment doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with the tags attached. Read more in our refund policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@byholm.se. Since the garments are made to order, we can often adjust the size or address if you contact us within 24 hours after that, production has already begun.

What material are the garments made of?

Each product has its own material description on the product page. We carefully select fabrics that are breathable, feel comfortable against the skin, and hold their shape wash after wash.

How do I contact customer service?
